The Le Creuset Cast-iron Crepe Skillet measures 10.75" in diameter and has a wide, flat cooking surface for making gourmet crepes, omelettes, silver dollar pancakes, and tortillas right in your home kitchen. The thin outer edge of this pan helps to contain the crepe batter from spilling over, yet is short enough to provide full access between your utensils and the cooking surface.
This Le Creuset crepe pan is safe for use with nearly all cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and even induction; also safe for use in the oven.
The cooking surface of this Le Creuset pan builds up its own non-stick seasoning after the first few uses.
Included with purchase are an 8" wooden crepe rake (rateau) for spreading out your batter, and a thin wooden crepe spatula for folding your creations and lifting them off the pan and onto a serving plate.
